From inside companies. From outside as a creator.
I started my career in communication as an Account Manager at a major advertising agency, working closely with international brands. That's where I learned to think strategically: analyzing markets, understanding brand language, and building campaigns that speak to diverse audiences.
Then, over ten years ago, I chose to bring that expertise to the other side of the conversation. Pepite per Tutti was born, initially as a blog and now a go-to destination for Milan lifestyle, with a community of over 100,000 people on Instagram, Facebook, and a website followed by an active and curious community.
This dual path has given me a rare perspective: I know communication from inside companies — with its strategies, processes, and business objectives — but also from the outside, with the eyes of someone who engages with a real community every day, listens to their reactions, and measures their engagement. It is from this intersection of strategy and digital culture that my approach to communication is born.
Years of working as an Account Manager on international clients taught me to understand a brand's needs, translate them into concrete strategies, and coordinate creative teams to achieve measurable goals. I know corporate dynamics, the language of marketing, and the expectations of those who invest in communication.
For over 10 years I've been creating content, building relationships with an authentic community, and collaborating with brands of all sizes. I know what truly works on social media, how to activate a community, which formats generate engagement, and how to transform a brand message into content that people actually want to see and share.
I'm not just a communication consultant. I'm a professional who lives communication every day, both from the strategic side and the creative side. When I work alongside a brand, I bring both perspectives with me.
Pepite per Tutti is my editorial project dedicated to Milan lifestyle. Born as a blog, it has grown into a go-to platform for those seeking the best of the city: food, beauty, wellness, design, and culture.
This project allows me to personally test strategies, formats, and language, then bring these concrete skills to the brands I work with.
